At Milano Wigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring the lace is uncut and all protective nets and tags are securely in place.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
